Leah Joins the 36th Annual Kinsman Telemiracle Cast!

LEAH DANIELS makes her debut at the Kinsmen Telemiracle this year joining JIMMY RANKIN, VICTORIA BANKS and long-time co-hosts BOB MCGRATH and BEVERLEY MAHOOD. It airs on CTV Saskatchewan and online, March 3 (9 PM) to March 4 5 PM).

The Kinsmen Foundation makes miracles by providing Saskatchewan people and organizations with special needs equipment and access to medical assistance. Through Telemiracle dollars, the Kinsmen Foundation is able to gift, for example, mobility equipment, travel costs to get to medical facilities, community vans, and equipment in hospitals and health centres.

CCMA^® SONGWRITERS’ CAFÉ PERFORMERS ANNOUNCED FOR COUNTRY MUSIC WEEK^® 2011

(Toronto, ON) August 22, 2011 – After months of deliberation and attention paid to the carefully crafted songwriting of over one hundred applicants, the Canadian Country Music Association^® (CCMA) is proud to announce the 2011 Songwriters’ Café line-up. Over the course of three days during Country Music Week, which will be hosted in Hamilton from September 9-12, the CCMA Songwriters’ Café will feature acclaimed songwriting and memorable performances from both emerging and established songwriters, including Victoria Banks, Ryan Cook, Leah Daniels, Carolyn Dawn Johnson, Jaida Dreyer, Mike Gouchie, Gil Grand, The Heartbroken, Katie Love Hess, Lizzy Hoyt, Brad James, The Jeffersons, Kirsten Jones, Ryan Laird, Aaron Lines, Lisa MacCallum, Jake Mathews, Craig Moritz, Pear, One More Girl, Ridley Bent, Dallas Smith, Tebey and Tenille.

The CCMA Songwriters’ Café celebrates the penning of original tunes and introduces listeners to some new and familiar faces behind the music we love. Sponsored by SOCAN, this three-day, acoustic in-the-round performance is sure to inspire and evoke some strong emotions within the audience. The Songwriters’ Café presents non-established artists selected by a national jury process as well as some established songwriters and features some of our best talent in the field of songwriting.
